How do I arrange a consultation?
Prepare a short request on the contact page, then forward it through an available official channel. The firm will confirm availability and next steps.
Is an initial consultation chargeable?
Consultation fees and scope are discussed in advance. Preparing a form does not mean that free services or an engagement have been agreed.
What documents should I prepare?
Prepare a brief chronology, relevant key documents, and your questions. Share documents through a channel agreed after initial contact.
Is my proposed appointment automatically confirmed?
No. The date and time in the form are proposals. An appointment is effective only after direct confirmation from the firm.
Can a case outcome be guaranteed?
Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, process, and decisions of the relevant authorities. The firm does not promise a particular outcome.
Can I communicate in all three languages?
Website information is available in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin. Language needs for consultations, translation, and documents are agreed for each engagement.
